There is a vast gap between the need and the availability of trained teachers, therapists, teacher’s assistants, shadow teachers and home support teachers who serve the needs of learners with Developmental Delays in school/home settings. This is mainly due to the huge lack of availability of training in the field. We would like to offer training that is scientific, research validated, best practice based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This is a training package designed by  and delivered under the supervision and guidance of Ms Vicci Tucci, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has over 35 years of experience in designing and implementing instructional tools for challenged learners. For more information on her work, please visit www.tuccionline.com This training is delivered to you by a BCaBA, Nipa Bhuptani who has headed and set up an Accredited, ABA based Autism Department, implementing The Competent Learner Model in a centre for learners with special needs in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Nipa has close to 20 years of training and experience in the field of education/special education. Nipa has hands-on training and teaching experience with learners with Autism/PDD and other Developmental delays and their teachers and families. This training program is an in depth and practical introduction to ABA and Instructional Strategies for persons who work in close contact with challenged learners.
